Pushed up to 90 minutes on the elliptical today. Anyone would think it was a 'Last Chance' workout.

Second day of having a hard time eating all the food on this diet. May have to knock my RDI down to 1200 next week.
But getting the fat under control which HAS to be a good thing.

Yesterday's breakdown 63% carbs, 15% fat, 22% protein.
Got up late, went shopping and had a hard time cramming all my calories for the day in but it balanced out because I was too tired to do more than 15 mins on the elliptical.
Also managed the third day in a row at not eating after 8:30pm.

Wow...dinner was yummy and filling and all for 431 cals and a mere 4.5g fat. I'm getting the hang of this, not to mention my cholestrol is a skimpy 57mg today.

Was dreading the scale this morning, felt for sure I wouldn't have lost anything and probably have gained BUT 2.6lbs LOST. WOOHOO!
I really don't think I started seriously till Wednesday so this is amazing 1.5%.
58% carbs, 18% fat, 24% protein.....much better! 99% RDI

Diet followed reasonably well
