People who try to sabotage suck! They want you to eat as badly as them so they'll feel better about themselves...and have the nerve to get angry when you ask them nicely to not leave chocolate, booze and desserts right all over the kitchen.
If they want to wallow in their obesity, that's fine but do NOT mess with my goals.

Mom's birthday....cooked a dinner she wanted...Burgundy beef over noodles with cheesecake for dessert. Made a diet version of my Burgundy Beef (239 cals and yummy) and substituted cabbage for the noodles for me and had just 2 small bites of cheesecake. Refused the offered dark chocolate with ginger....and I deserve a medal for that one :)

Only lost 1/2lb this week...first of 1000 calories.
I'm thinking I may have a weight loss pattern as I lost big the first weigh-in, nothing the second, big the third and just 1/2lb the fourth.
I also upped the resistance on the elliptical big time this week and worked out more.....and I'm thin king that might not be working for me. The 2000 a day calorie deficit may be pushing my body into starvation mode as I've been hungry the last couple of days. I think burning 400 cals a day on the elliptical is enough while on 1000 cals. Plus working out every day has pushed my RDI up.

Figured out why I was so hungry yesterday....I didn't have the daily bagel thin. If I don't have some kind of bread I always seem to be hungry. I guess the body knows what it needs.

The first day I actually feel hungry and have no calories to play with. And why do I always feel hungry when the Biggest Loser is on?
