Hi my name is Michele and I just turned 40. I have been overweight most of my life and have tried many different diets before. I feel good about this one and my whole family is doing it with me as we are all overweight.

Chicken Jambalaya phase 2
I was going to post this in the recipes but it was way to hard for me lol so here it is.
I'm italian so most measurements are just estimates
2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken, diced into bite size pieces
2 large onions chopped
1 large green pepper diced
2 cans rotel diced tomatoes
1 head of celery, sliced
1 can tomato paste (the tiny cans)
1 cup V8 juice
1 cup chicken broth
1 diced jalepeno
1 big spoonful of chopped garlic
6 cups cooked brown rice (we used boil in a bag for that batch, we were in a hurry)
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
salt. pepper, italian seasoning, hot paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, emeril bayou blast, garlic powder, onion powder. Add a little bit of honey- trick i learned from food network, it cuts the acidity of the tomato and gives a richer taste
Spray pan with Pam, put in onions and celery cook for a few minutes till onions soften add garlic. Add chicken, jalepeno and spices, cook till chicken is browned. Add tomatoes, paste, juice and broth stir and cook for 5 minutes. Add a little bit of honey, stir. Add green peppers. Stir, sniff and adjust seasonings if needed. Bring to a boil, lower heat simmer covered at least 2 hours. Just before serving add the cilanto, stir. Add rice, stir and enjoy. Serves 12.

Phase one of Fat Smash ???
You can do Phase one for the rest of your life if you want to
Dr Ian says in the book you can stay on it longer or do it over when you hit a rough spot etc.
