So, day three on the new WW is going so so. I am finding it difficult to stay in my point range. I think it is just going to be a trial and error. Last night I did well, but the first night I wound up having a peanut butter sandwich and fritos because I got too hungry! (def didn't log that!)
Tonight is going well. I am sipping a granda hot tea from Starbucks. Protein is definitely the key to the new WW plan. I like it because I think before I was consuming way too many processed carbs.
Gonna try to get up for the gym tomorrow! I really need to try to make that a new habit! Concentrate on one thing at a time though, eh?

So, today I counted WW points and calories....just under 1500 for the day. But, I used all of my points up and I think I chose pretty healthy options. Could have done without the chocolate...but everyone needs chocolate in their life!
With the new points plus system, there is an emphasis on lean proteins and "whole" foods. Since I have already done my grocery shopping for the week, I am just going to try to carry on until I go next. I think my breakfasts are definitely going to have to start being eggs and a lean meat at all times.

Hello! Sorry for the hiatus. I know we have both been busy. I am tired of "getting back on track" or "I will re-start tomorrow" as well. I need to commit myself to weight loss if that is something that I really want to do. So, here is to a renewal. The last one!
Today I am doing double counting. I am counting WW points on the new site (there is a new plan that I am trying to figure out) and I am counting calories here. I am interested to see how that turns out. I will probably do that for about 3 days and then soley count points during the day on the WW site and enter in my food journal here when I get home from work.
I am really excited for one of my Christmas gifts to come in. I loooove boxing. I. love. to. box. Did I mention I love boxing? Well, Matt bought me a free standing heavy bag for Christmas that I get to beat the crap out of! Yay! It will be a great incentive (and great workout) when I am not wanting to go on the treadmill or elipitcal at the gym. Very excited about it!

Good morning! Yesterday was definitely a sodium loaded day so I am not stepping on the scale for about another couple of days (maybe next friday). I am going back to counting points today. I gave calorie counting a full weeks worth try and I don't think its for me. Still haven't got my butt to the gym. It's been too cold and I have been too depressed. But, I feel the fog lifting and although I am too busy to go tonight, it WILL be on the agenda tomorrow morning before the house inspector gets here. Anyone want to hold me accountable to going to the gym tomorrow? :)

Still feeling really sad. I just don't know what to do about this...this emptiness I get. It's horrible. I think I am going to put the scale away for a couple of weeks, go back to Weight Watchers. (not sure if calorie counting is for me...although I will still track what I am eating here).
