I've alway been a skinny short girl. Until I turned thirty and quite smoking. Then I injured my back and between the medicines and the pain I kept gaining weight. I few years ago I started exerting daily and ate 1000 calories a day. I ended up losing 50 calories. Well I start have sweets a little at a time. A bit here a bit there and the next thing I know I gain the 50 So now I really want to get to my ideal weight. So I've lost 16 pounds so far and have 72 long pounds to go. I can do it, it just would be better if my back was healthy and there was no pain. Oh ward and up ward
