Consistency!! 🐒
Last week Friday I had cake, Doritos and ice cream with my friend for his birthday - ate all the way into my fasting period. BUT I woke up Saturday, practiced yoga, ate my one meal during my eating period and carried on with life. 💆🏾♀️

Almost forgot😎.
Also, I have been trying to spend just one or two hours on the app during the week just to enter my intake. Some of the journal entries and pictures here are “triggering” for me.😪 Some make me crave terrible foods, I even use/apply other peoples’ excuses to my circumstances to justify effing up, etc. 🤦🏾♀️
But I still wish everyone well🌵💐

🧘🏾♀️The cold doesn’t make it better, but we continue on. I’m bored with my current training plan, so I’m starting a 12-week training plan on Monday (5 days of 45+mins HIIT and 30+mins of Yoga) Let’s see! 🦄 I’m saying it out loud for accountability.🦋 The goal is 1-2kgs a week = minimum -12kgs by end of September, fingers crossed 🤞🏾
