I'm eating enough to feel full. I'm eating whole foods, fruits, vegetables, and less red meat. But, I'm not getting all the RDI of calories. Not sure what this means. I can't eat more, just to make up the calories, but I don't want to burn out either.
Steve is starting to ask questions. He's curious about what I'm eating, and why they don't look like any diet meals he's seen. I guess he thought I was going to live on lettuce and celery!!I'm hoping, by the end of the month, he'll be actively involved in his own healthy changes.
I feel good about what I'm doing! It's something my body, and mind needs. Have needed for a long time.I know this is only day 2 of week 2, but so far this is the longest my motivation has lasted in a few years.I've started writing in a journal every night before bed too. that one is for some of my rather personal thoughts, that I'm not ready to share with anyone yet! They are the things that have been going through my mind at warp speed for a very long time. I feel there is much more going on inside me, than the desire to change the way I look and feel physically!
