Fresh & Easy Chinese Chicken Salad is so good. I picked out the red peppers and replaced the dressing that came with it with Asian Sesame dressing. Knocks 110 calories off it. I don't know if they're just including more than a serving, or adding extra junk into it, but all the dressings seems to add a lot more calories than if you just use your own dressing.

Can't possibly get to 1600 calories today. I had so much to do, just didn't get to eating till late then kept trying to force myself to eat more, and MORE and now I'm full of strawberries and fettuccine alfredo and I can't eat one more bite of anything. I'll see how I feel at bedtime. Where is the time going? Jesus I have so much to do!

Went off the rails this weekend. Back on track. Things with school are still a LOT of work, but better. Got to learn that stress is a big trigger for me. When I spread my calories out over regular intervals, I end up feeling hungry all day, I'd rather be hungry in the middle of the day when i can keep busy enough to ignore it and eat larger meals. I think that's not the healthiest thing to do, but it's just how I am going for now. Baby steps. I didn't realize how small baby steps really are. But I want this to last, I don't want to be eating weird diet foods that I won't be eating when I reach my goal or that taste like hell. I want to eat real food that will become my new, regular way of eating. Today has been good, I was really hungry in the middle of the day, but I just kept philosophical about it, and kept on with work till I went to the store and got my groceries. And even though I was starving in the store, I didn't impulse buy junk food, so that's good.
