YES! I actually managed to not only hit my daily required intake but actually go over it! I doubt this is going to happen very often but just the fact that I've managed it is a reason to be happy!

I already know I'm not going to make my goal amount today. Everything is piling up in my life right now, it's been one thing going wrong after another, and not minor things either, I mean big ol' "Throw your life into total disarray" type things. I hardly have the will to be out of bed right now, much less force myself to eat.

Counting booze. . really, should I even count that? The mentality of "every calorie counts" can be dangerous because then I'll ignore what I should be getting in and only look at the caloric intake, not the nutrition, allowing me to use the booze to cheat my calorie count, to make it look like I took in more that I actually did. I know that it's a good idea to count the booze when you're trying to keep your calorie intake low but what about when you're trying to get it high enough to be safe?
I think I'm going to just stop counting the booze when I drink, that way I stop fooling myself.
