So, I had been doing pretty well then, all of a sudden, right back down to the 70%s and lower. . .ugh, great, and I don't even realize I'm doing it. Yet, oddly, even though I'm eating less, I'm feeling a bit better. Maybe it's because what I've been eating is a lot better. . .that's my guess at least.

Wanna know what today is for me? It's POTATO CHIP DAY!!!! I haven't eaten potato chips in about two and a half years! Not tracking today, I'm just going to eat these chips until I'm sick of them. . .and prolly not touch them for another two years afterwards but hey, it'll be worth it!

So, I decided to make gumbo last night XD Check out my recipes section if you wanna know how to make it. I forgot just how much it fills you up and just how much energy you end up with from it. I knew if was good both taste wise and nutritionally but it had been so long since I had it that I forgot just HOW good!

Seriously mozzarella sticks, that much sodium? UGH! Granted they were far from my first choice in food (I wanted boudin) but because I'm having trouble standing today (Messed up my back a little, it'll recover, just sort of happens sometimes) I was restricted to what I could eat because the other person in the house didn't feel like making anything that couldn't be nuked for less than two minutes and be ready. Dammit! I hope I can stand better tomorrow so I don't end up with this issue again. So much for staying under 2000mg of sodium today, only way I could manage that would be to just not eat anything else and I know that's just a right out bad idea.
