Have been away too long. Going to start over. This time I have someone special to do this with, so perhaps it will be easier this time. Have to do this for me!

Spent 2 days walking around Sea World Orlando. Had an AMAZING time. My body ached, but I was very surprised that I was able to go for the entire day. I tried to keep as close to me eating as possible, but in the park it wasn't easy to do. I know I slipped up, but hopefully the activity helped counter some of my failure.

Not doing as well as I'd like to be. Not meeting my first challenge well. Need to drink more water. Trying the 6 week body sculpting program, hopefully not a waste of money. Has good ideas and concepts. Body typing to help develop a menu for healthier eating. We'll see I hope with this forum and the program I wanna try will get me on track.

Starting my challenge of 8 glasses of water a day. Trying to have at least 2 cups prior to eating any meal to trigger the brains 20 minute "YOU'RE FULL' message sooner. Let's see if I'm right
