I have a desk job so am unable to exercise unless I specifically make time for a walk or yoga session. Ive tried Banting and fasting before they both worked but I gave up to soon. I need to lose 20kg and keep it off for good, not go back to old ways. I need energy to sustain. I am very unconfident and low self esteem.
