My name's Maddie and I'm 20 Years old.
Finally getting round to losing some weight, and I hope to be 147lbs by summer :)
I'm ensuring that I eat my 3 meals a day.
A regular day goes as follows:
Breakfast: Wheatabix, with skimmed milk.
Lunch: Salad with either a portion of fish or chicken.
Dinner: Salad with either a portion of fish or chicken or a bowl of soup.
I'm also trying to drink at least 1ltr of water a day.
