Hi - I'm Steph.

I'm getting married in January 2012 and refuse to be a fat bride!

I love Jillian Michaels, and I'm following her "Master your metabolism" diet, and working out with the 30 day shred every day (... well every week day at least).

I'd like to get down to 130lbs - although as long as I get under 144lbs (th top range of my healthy weight) I'd be happy!
