I'm BACK. And I'm FAT! If I don't keep a regular account of my food, I simply eat too much. So here goes! I'm starting over. I'm afraid to step on the scale. I know I'm not where I was when I first started here because I was wearing size 18's. I had gotten down to a size 12, my 14's are now starting to get tight.
I will start with just a honest account of my food intake and see if I can get back into a regular schedule again.

I bought a fitbit. I started using it today and love it. I'm going to started recording everything through my device. But I'll check in from time to time here. Thanks to fat secret, I'm back in shape and feeling good!
