Ok, back to restart this journey.
I am consistently at 95kg but; am not impressed with my belly fat apron.
Doing cardio and core exercises with no joy!
Time for a change in the eating plan.
Cutting intake to l900 calories per day, still keeping to the KETO guidelines and lets see.

I need to drop 14 kg in 2 months.
I am dropping my intake to 1800 calories per day, of which Fat will be 55%, Protein 35% and Carbs 10%.
I will be back training on Sunday; 1 hour Cardio in the morning and low weight high rep gym work in the evening.
By Thurs 14 Dec I want to be 85 kg.
If I can achieve the 85 kg, I will be down a total of -50kg in one calendar year and -75 kg in two calendar years.

Well, what can I say? Just gave up three days ago, no training ate bread, and jelly babies. I think I just needed a break. I am down 35kg to 98kg in 7 months and a total of 55kg down in 18 months.
Next step of my journey starts tomorrow Sat 13/07. Breakfast of a 2 egg omelette, lunch of a protein and a salad and a dinner of natural organic homemade soup. Crank up the daily exercise of 400 calories on the cross trainer, 3 km walk, 150 sit-ups,60 push ups and at least 40 roll-outs on the small core wheel.
I need to be at 90kg by the Fri 24/08. I am taking my wife to Zanzibar for her Birthday present.
That's all, no drama and no excuses. Hahahahahaha,wish me luck.
