I've been on this planet for 71 years and have been battling with taking up too much space for the last thirty.
I'm a widow living with my precious Ragdoll cat, Sadie, in a one-bedroom apartment.
Life is good. I'm enjoying having time and space for myself and I spend my days doing things I never had time for like painting and making dolls and crafty stuff.
I'm in pretty good health, but it's not going to stay that way if I don't get some pounds off. I need to lose about 60 to be classed as "healthy weight", but I'd be happy to just get to "overweight" instead of "obese". My doctor has challenged me to lose 5 to 6 pounds in three months, so that's my first goal
