I ran a mile today!!! I am going to go every other day with running to get back up to what I was running. I felt really good after the run not sore but we shall see how I feel tomorrow. Still tracking everything!! :). Having a good day!!

Was icefishing all day yesterday and was really tired so here I am today. Weighed in this morning and from last Sunday I have lost 4. something pounds. It will be interesting how much I weigh at TOWN. My nephew had his birthday party tonight so that is what the cheesecake was. I only had 1/2 slice of each kind. The funny thing is I felt like I had over did it on Saturday and not today. Oh well I am tired and going to take a shower and go to bed.

It is amazing to me when I didn't track what I was eating how I always felt like I was dying of hunger. Now that I am tracking everyday I find that I'm not hungry at all. I notice the hunger signs and that is when I eat rather then just the mindless eating. Exercised today feel really good. Riley took a picture of me in my swimsuit for me today so I can see how far I have let myself spiral out of control. I will have that picture to remind me of not wanting to look like that ever again. Well that is it for today. See you tomorrrow.

I am at home today so I have been really trying to keep my hands busy so I don't eat. I have a couple of blankets to crochet and they will probably be getting down in the next couple of weeks while I'm getting back on track. If my hands are busy I will not eat, if I don't eat I will lose weight. Does anyone else want me to crochet them a blanket? LOL! I did exercise now I am going to take a bath. I am going to my niece's bball game tonight so I am packing snacks to take. All in all today has been a very nice and relaxing day.
