Today was good also but I didn't exercise. Tracked everything! Feel really good today also. Until tomorrow journal!

Today was a good day. Got out of bed, exercised , gave 3 massages and then bowled for an hour and a half. Tracked everything I ate. Very good day hopefully tomorrow is just as good.

Having a rough day. Didn't feel like exercising just wanted to veg out today. Going ice fishing tomorrow so that will be fun. Riley is loving his smoker and I love me some smoked fish so it works out. I will type more tomorrow after we get back from fishing. Please let the weather be good.

Giving five massages today. So I'm doing my journal entry right now before I go. I had a hard night last night really wanted to over eat and keep eating. So I got on the elipictical and worked out for 30 minutes. I was going to run this morning but my house is a wreck and needed to pitch in and help clean it. Riley has been doing awesome with helping with staying on track. He asks when he wants to make something how many points is in it. Got to love him!! Well I had better get ready for my massages. Until tomorrow!!
