I got good news today~

The doctor was worried about glaucoma, but apparently is just optical hypertension~ which sounds horrible, but doesn't actually cause any damage and is apparently normal in some people. He took a look at my optic nerves, and apparently they are still in perfect condition, so. Yay, nothing really to be worried about there.

I then found out that my roommate finally caught the bug that took out most of my roommates, and me, a few weeks ago. Because of this, his kid asked me if I wanted his ticket. So I'm getting to see Markiplier tonight. :D I didn't know until about about an hour before I needed to climb in the truck to carpool down. This will be fun.

This cold and cough going around is brutal. My cough has only just started to subside. :/ I can hear some people in the audience who have it. :(

I miss my vegetables. I've been sick for the last few weeks, and have been spending most of the time I am not working sleeping instead. As such, I haven't really had the time for any extensive cooking, or shopping, and all of my produce in the fridge went bad! 😭 It's been mostly a case of rolling out of bed and into my work clothes and out the door, with a quick fly by my freezer to grab an egg and cheese burrito or two for lunch at work. I don't have any prepped meals that are suitable for taking to work with me.

If I weren't afraid that cooking would keep me up even longer I might try cooking when I get home, but... I don't get home until midnight, right now. 😞

It won't fix it, but I'm planning on getting out some of my edamame and maybe the freezer burnt corn. I hope that it will taste ok mixed into some canned vegetable soup.

I wish I were capable of sleep waking my grocery shopping. Then I could sleep AND have good vegetables at the same time.
