Bah, I was doing some number-crunching today. I've been aiming for about 1250 calories a day. I think I'm down to around 1650 for my TDEE, and 1350 for my BMR. Once I hit my goal weight my TDEE will be 1400 ish and my BMR will be 1250. 😐
I think I might be at a point where doing bodyweight exercises would probably be a necessary thing. Weight hasn't really been coming off much the last few weeks, I keep getting invited out to eat on weekends, or having my friends / family decide to do family meals, and going over. Both of them tend to make very calorie-dense meals which makes it hard to get full without eating a ton of calories. So everything is kind of just stalled to maintenance level I guess.
😩 We all have very different ideas about what constitutes as eating healthily. Their's seem to include eating lots of starches and butters and oils. It's kind of sad how polar opposite our views are on good foods.
I mean, pasta, potatoes, and garlic bread? All for one meal? Ouch. 🙊
I've been thinking about adjusting down my daily goal. To compensate for the weekends, so that it'll all average out to about 1250 a day. I'm thinking I'll try it out for a few weeks and see how it goes. I never know what I'll be eating on the weekends though. 😭
They don't like it when I try looking at the packaging. And it is difficult to eyeball some of these things because I just don't eat them otherwise. I think I am probably eating a lot more of the weekends than I think I am.
