I will lose the next 30 pounds by April 2013. I am going to work hard at it and record everything I eat and all the exercise I do from this day forward. I will try my hardest. I have come to far to look back now. I like the new me. I feel good and want to continue to feel good.

December 26th, day after Christmas. I had a nice Christmas. I have been following the Atkins diet for 4 months now. I have not eaten any bread, cakes, cookies until yesterday, I splurged. I did not have any bread but I did have cookies, cookies, and more cookies. I worked the night shift at the hospital last night, in fact the last three nights, very sleep deprived, hence why I gave in to cookies, and the fact it is Christmas once a year. I had my last share of cookies this morning, they were all sugar free but doesn't give me an excuse to eat 10 of them. My last horrah!! I am going to the gym right now before the winter storm starts and my diet starts officially tonight. I will be more diligent about coming on fatsecret and recording my progress and food entries. although I have not eaten carbs and stuck to the diet I really haven;t been losing steady but I have maintained the 30lbs I did take off. I am afraid to weigh right now because of all the cookies I ate. I will weigh tomorrow to get an official restart weight. good luck everyone. a brand new day, a brand new year. My goal is 30 more pounds off by March. I can do it. Lucy
