I at one point in my weight loss journey weighed close to if not over 400 lbs and would go through periods of extreme restriction followed by bingeing. I tried to cut out various things and failed. So then I decided what if I stopped referring to foods as good or bad and just started paying attention to how my body felt. Well ever since that change I went from over 400 lbs to 225 lbs . Unfortuantely during the summer I gained 30 lbs not because any one food is inherently evil or bad but because I went out a lot and also had quite a few weeks which added quite a lot of excessive calories to my diet. So I decided to regroup to get it under control and start tracking what I eat to keep myself honest.
