This is fantastic idea. Helps drink more and eat less during the meal. I just simply forget sometimes. Going to buy a crate of my favourite mineral water tomorrow. Hope it will help.

Wow not even to 1 ltr and finding this is a hard challenge!! I drink a lot Green Tea, coffee but water just water... only when I am in the gym or running! How are do you do this like take 1 hour before ...

Hope this...
I really hope this helps me increase my fluid intake for the day. I find that I get more dehydrated in the winter months then in the summer. Hey what is the worse that can happen?
