I use to weight over 300lbs I lost 100lbs and now I need to lose the next 100lbs. I love walking, reading. My trade is Baker. Now I design jewelry and have my own organic skincare products. Have been trying to open up my own store, still working at this the goal is September this year. Have been distracted but now I need to get back on course with my eating.

Chill Out!
I started this healthy eating the first of this month and today I am begining my detox. (let you know how that go) I have not eaten any meat but have eaten more fruits (homemade fruit salad is the best) more vegetables and beans/peas and such I started eating brown rice and I find with so much fiber I eat less and I stay full longer for the month so far I am doing very well. I actually like this new way of life and I am sticking to it. My husband is begining to come on board.

Chill Out!
I personal think when we say the word DIET we put to much stress on ourselves which only make it harder to lose the weight. I for one do not diet I change the way I think of food, eat more organic and I cut out meat (that alone give me so much more energy) I increase my proteins another way to replace the meat, I eat whatever I am craving (just a little of it to kill the craving) I do exercises I enjoy (Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs and walking in the evenings) and I have fun shopping for new clothes so you see in all that where is the diet. It is just a new me.
