Okay, so I didn't eat horrible over the weekend, but I did endulge in a couple of smores, and steak. I swam a lot over the weekend too though. I got a killer sunburn, which I think is leaving me retaining a lot of water. When I weighed myself on SUnday morning...Before the wicked sunburn I weighed 184. Which means I lost three more pounds! :)

When I weighed my self this morning I weighed 189 though... But I am sure its because I am swollen. Like I cabn feel the extra water in my hands and stuff.

Oh well, here's to the start of another healthy week.

Feeling full from lunch, and proud to say it was all totally healthy.
Walked for 35 minutes on my lunch hour. It's really warm out, so I didn't go the whole 45 minutes as I had originally planned. I'll just plan to walk a little more this evening, when it cools down a little.
I am planning on having broccoli slaw and left over steak for dinner tonight, and feeding the kids the same.

They are having pizza and cupcakes for dinner, cause its Marie's birthday... I am gonna opt for a salad. They'll also be swimming, and enjoying the afternoon with family.

Yesterday went good. Stayed right around target, and walked a lot nore than normal. Walked on both of my breaks, and in the evening with the kids... Along with cutting the back lawn, and picking up around the house,

This morning, I did some lunges a little ab work, a few stretches, and some kick boxing moves.. I think I may break out the wii fit tomorrow morning.

I have eaten well today also, which makes me a happy girl... I'm not finding it so hard to stay on track. :)
About to eat lunch and go on a 30 minute walk! :)
Gtting my exercise in anyway I can... I've also been doing ab work while sitting at my desk... I am gonna have a flat tummy if it kills me.

Walked for a half hour on my lunch today, and for 15 minutes on each of my breaks... It' gorgeous outside today. Really enjoyed the breeze and the sun on my face.

Maybe instead of the wii tomorrow morning, I'll go ahead and run around the block a couple of times.
