Just started Wk6 of P90X and my internal clock is clicking in where I woke up today at 5:30 without an alarm to hit play on the DVD. Down 7 lbs. Energy level is OK, but need a lot of caffeine in the afternoons. Really hard to hit the Lean Plan 50/30/20 (protein/carbs/fat) but hitting more like 30/30/30 most days,..but trying!
