Ok Monday was a complete flop. Hey, it was Memorial Day, me and my son barbecued and afterwards, I just went to bed. But today, I did take my first Zumba class at YMCA and it was a 55 min class so I think I made up for it. Walking my 30 minutes tomorrow. I've been drinking my water as well and watching what I eat (counting calories). I'll do my food diary in just a second. Hope everyone else has started well as well, keep up the good work!

I'm way too close to my forbidden weight...300lbs., so I will like to get back under 250 but would really love it if I was under 200 lbs. My clothes will fit better, I won't be so tired, I'll have more energy to do things with my son. It's hard staying motivated and consistent with my goals of losing weight. I'm joining YMCA today and plan on joining the group exercises, which I know will motivate me more than doing it by myself. Hopefully joining this challenge and having others help me keep accountable, I can really do this and not give in to idleness. Ok, here I go.

I walked 5 miles and 10 blocks today. My thighs hurt, my feet hurt but I'm proud of myself and I think it's was the right way for me to start this challenge on Monday.
