6 pounds lost in less than 2 weeks, I knew if i got active and stuck with it, I would see changes quickly. Got to stay motivated, I want to see that number on the scale dropping on a regular. Grocery shopping tomorrow for healthier eats. I haven't had any fast food, fried food, soda, junk food (except for potato chips and I ate the serving amount only) since I started this challenge. Yay me! 9 more pounds to go before my 1st goal is accomplished!

Ok, when I checked the scale yesterday at the Y, I was at 262.4 so I lost 3 pounds so far but I even stepped on my scale today and it said 259, whooo better check that out when I get to the Y today for Zumba class and see if that's accurate. Anyway, I haven't updated my food diary lately but I KNOW i have a calorie deficit. I don't really eat, I try but it seems like I've lost the desire to eat. Like this morning I've been sitting here trying to eat half an orange for an hour. No appetitie whatsoever, i don't even get hunger pains or anything. Yesterday I tried to eat some rice and chicken and some applesauce for dinner since I haven't ate anything all day. I ate half a piece of chicken and like 2 spoonfuls of both the rice and applesauce then I was done. I want to make sure i'm losing weight in a healthy way, so i'm just going to make sure when I do eat or have to snack it's on healthy foods.

Woohoo! I took my Zumba class today and I walked afterwards for a hour!! I'm feeling good. I ate a pretty big breakfast so I haven't been hungry for lunch or dinner, been drinking lots of water too so that's been feeling me up. I'm pretty sure if I didn't burn off all the calories I ate today, I got rid of a pretty good portion of them :-) Grocery shopping next week so I'll have healthier choices to choose from and can get full off of fruit or salad or something which means less calories!
