So I started jogging, btu I also started gaining weight. I crave salty food midday. THe breakroom smells so good. TOday, I had my slim fast for breakfast, a banana at snack, then the other slimfast at lunch. I forgot I ordered chick fila. SO, I gave it away UGH! But it was a wise decision cuz I knew I would have eaten it.

On day 15 of P90X lean. Havent lost ay weight on the scale, but I have become stronger, I can tell during the work out. I have been trying to do the diet that goes with it. I am getting over spinach. I need to be more creative with my veggies. I have a bad case of heart burn and crackers help, so my carb intake will be higher than normal today. I am also cutting back from level II to level I to see if that will cause me to shred more fat.
