My first weight gain since october. I think allowing myself cheat days was a huge mistake, I am starting to make bad decisions again. Back to square one, I can not let that number climb again. Seeing that slight gain made me physically ill.

Even though the Steelers lost this was an awesome cheat day! Alot of protien! Tri-Tip, chicken, ribs and pulled pork sandwiches and portuguese beans! I did have a salad too so I was kind of good. Not going to count my calories, don't want to know : )

Woo hoo getting the house ready for the super bowl! I am going to eat a gigantic salad with lemon juice before the guests arrive so I wont be so tempted to eat the bad stuff. Go Steelers! My money is riding on you!
