Today I had Nomu skinny hot chocolate, made with milk. Had the worst headache 10 min later. Eventually took one of my migraine pills at 3 this afternoon once the nausea started. Feeling better now, although still fuzzy. My friend says it might be the the non nutritive sweetner. Gotta check the lables in future.

Nothing this week. But had too much to eat this weekend. Celebrated the hubbies birthday, so should be happy at least no gains. Made my son mac and cheese tonight from a recipe they loved when they were younger. Oh boy, was so good I had two helpings😱😱

So I have decided to try IF. Had my last meal at 13:00 today, but then grabbed my son’s fruitjuice at 17:00 and took a few gulps before realising I probably shouldnt take anything except water? My stomach has been growling since 19:00, but I dont really think I am hungry. Maybe this is just my mind playing some stupid games now? Anycase, turning in early tonight, so if I do get hungry, I will be asleep😀
