Saw a dietician last week Wednesday re the diabetes. Eye opener. She will be sending me some lists of do’s and dont’s via mail. But in the meantime I have had a long weekend since Thursday, eating so bad......not sure whether I am eating everything in sight because once I get the lists, there is no going back, or if it might have something to do with my Victoza pen being finished and my pharmacy not having stock? If by tomorrow they still dont have, I will have to get one somewhere else. Back to my morning exercise again tomorrow. Anybody else here living in Bloem?

Exercised this morning again. Felt quite invigorated after. Will see how we feel tomorrow morning when I gave to get up at 4:30 again😜 also werent hungry today at all. Had coffee and homemade sugr and glutenfree seeded rusks with coffee and some broccoli and cauliflower for lunch. Still not hungry, but joined my son for a milkshake at 18:15.

Joined an exercise class again tonight. One hours weight training with a little bit of cardio in between. Hopefully by getting my sh!t together now, I will have better results.
