what's the right balance?
Is there a balance of how many calories we should be eating versus what we burn? I've heard that we basically want to burn more than we're using but the number of calories seems to be really low despite my lack of hunger.
I know, logically, that I have to readjust WHAT I eat to take in more protein and less fat, but unless I'm making an EFFORT to eat more i'm finding that i'm eating around half of what I'm burning. My big problem is that IM NOT EVEN HUNGRY?!?

more app concerns
I think this will be my biggest challenge. How to input and calculate calories for
PURCHASED
foods. Today i had a 12oz bowl of soup from the cafeteria at work. But have no idea on the caloric value! I know it had chicken and peas and carrots but beyond that who knows? HALP!
