For those who hit a weight set-point (wall) and you start questioning the process, stay with it.
Because your body will pause at a certain weight (for a moment) but stay with the method and then soon, you’ll see the progress continue!
I find meal prepping, a food scale & spending one hour (twice a week) prepping the next four days meals is the key. Thus, combine with that Fat Secret app + exercising most days a week even if it’s walking for 30 minutes most days, you will achieve your weight loss goals.
