Another AARG moment. I just found out that the mints that I had been using to help me stop smoking, yes I know that I wasn't to use them this long, but I did and they have 1 carb each. I just quit using them too, but maybe this is part of the reason that I haven't lost as much as I did in the past.
I was still using between 5 and 9 a day depending on my stress level.
I had called and was told that they only had traces but with further research, too late I might add, I found out different.

Made it thru the weekend. Didn't keep my food calendar up to date. I know that on Sunday, that I went over. I had a cup of tomato juice. But it was worth it.

I started this diet at the first of the year. I was over 170. I haven't lost any more weight since I started posting on this forum. I am holding at 160.

This is my first day on this forum. I started the induction diet on 1/3/08. I weighed 172. I am now hovering at 160.
Last year I quit smoking and at that time I weighed about 145. So I have gained over 20 lbs.
My husband is also loosing weight because he eats mostly what I eat, so this makes things a bit easier.
