Another AARG moment. I just found out that the mints that I had been using to help me stop smoking, yes I know that I wasn't to use them this long, but I did and they have 1 carb each. I just quit using them too, but maybe this is part of the reason that I haven't lost as much as I did in the past.

I was still using between 5 and 9 a day depending on my stress level.

I had called and was told that they only had traces but with further research, too late I might add, I found out different.

I used the Commit lozenges when I quit smoking and they really helped. I too, stayed on them too long but heck that's better than smoking! You haven't mentioned exercise which is something that you may want to get going on. That should help increase your metabolism which should help with your slow weight loss. Congrats on quitting smoking...it's one of the hardest things to do!
