I feel like giving up and just stay fat! I eat because of stress and I can't get away from the stress. Is there any help - anywhere - is there any help.

We went for a three mile walk yesterday. I guess I lost one pound for each mile. That works for me. But, now my hip seems a little stiff. I've been to lazy to long. I've got to keep moving.

Tuesday - I didn't eat breakfast. Had a salad and three chicken wing dings for lunch. After lunch I had one pineapple ice bar. Supper I had fried fish, fried potatoes, carrots and peas. After supper I had one small peppermint patty and a pineapple ice bar. I'm sure I probably went over my calorie count.

Had Colonoscopy Monday. Had prep on Sunday. Felt sorry for myself on Saturday. Rewarded myself Monday afternoon
