I have a Doctor's appointment today for blood work. I hope I get a good report.

I lost 1 pound. I guess I should be glad for that. I failed over the weekend to record my food and I know I didn't keep with my calorie count. Today is my new start. If I keep starting maybe I will get through this journey. One pound at a time is better than gaining which is what I had been doing.

I didn't record my food Saturday or Sunday. I don't want to get on the scale tomorrow. I've just about given up. I start with good intentions then the weekend happens. Can you lose weight by just watching what you eat during the week. I guess I will see when I weigh in tomorrow. It is getting so I can't enjoy anything I hold dear to me. I love food but can't have much of that without gaining weight. I can't be outside and I love the outdoors because it seems ever time I turn around I have a tick on me. My spouse calls me a tick magnet.

Almost 300 calories over yesterday. What was I thinking. Or - maybe I was thinking to much.

I was not watching my diet and gained several pounds. I am trying to get back on track. May God help me.
