So I realized that my scale registers differently depending on where you stand so I', pretty sure that my weight in last week was wrong. I really need to add in more excercise because I've already hit a plateau. I also need to limit the carbs in my diet, I've been eating almost double my recommened dailey intake.

How ironic that I didn't lose anything last week and I didn't really cheat and this week my diet was all over the place and I lost. Make me wonder if I'm not eating enough calories.

Well I broke down and went to Starbucks this afternoon, that free drink coupon was burning a hole in my wallet. How's this for irony, now that I haven't been drinking it, I was disappointed. I think the frappe that I make at home is better and I KNOW it has less sugar.

I decided to celebrate every 10lbs I lose so below is my motivation:
10lbs~ Manicure
20lbs~ Buy a new purse
30lbs~ Cut/ Color/ Style
40lbs~ Buy a new outfit from head to toe
50lbs~ Get a facial
60lbs~ Throw a party
70lbs~ Take a road trip
80lbs~ Take a lazy day
90lbs~ Get a massage
100lbs~ Go skydiving
