I just had an intense workout and I am exhausted. I ate pretty bad today, so I need to get back up and not do that again. I guess it is salad for dinner.

Today for the first time in my life I thought about the fact that I was going to have to eat out tonight for an event, so I ate well all day to make up for the salty, fatty, calorie ridden foods that I will have to choose tonight. I actually went to the website to pick the healthiest things on the menu, but even the "healthy" stuff was not healthy. I am going to workout before I leave to hopefully help to burn off some of the calories faster.
Yeah for a new healthy lifestyle!
