I had a terrible traumatizing Saturday and can't seem to shake it. Hoping that my yoga will help me get it out of my system tonight. I'm getting back to my Bikram yoga...signed up for a 30 days for $30 challenge!
I'm feeling discouraged. Even though I'm losing, I feel like I've been looking fat in pictures, lately. :( I think I need to watch the sodium intake and leave the drinking alone again. My face and arms are looking swollen.

Dude, yesterday was GREAT shopping!
Target had Lean Cuisines 4/$7!!!
Safeway had EVERYTHING on sale:
100 calorie packs were only $2 a BOX!!
100 calorie nutition bars (my fave 1 pt candy bar substitute) were 2/$1!!
Lightful Satiety Shakes were 3/$5!!
Vitamuffins 100 calorie muffins were 50% off!!
And GUESS WHAT!! SAFEWAY NOW CARRIES HOUSE SHIRATAKE TOFU NOODLES!! (spaghetti shape)...I bought 4 packs at $1.99 each!
I'm all stocked up! Even bought FiberOne pancake mix, some berries and sugar free Mrs. Butterworth's syrup to make guilt-free pancakes for me and the BF this weekend...
Can't wait!!
P.S. I opted out of Happy hour to do spinning AND yoga tonight. I must be a changed woman... ;)

I managed to navigate "Bagel Day" unscathed. (Every Wednesday, my work buys us bagels and cream cheese from Noah's) My solution (instead of a 6-9 pt splurge) is to have a low point breakfast when I leave the house (like a 1 pt vitalicious muffin top) and then let myself have half a bagel (with a tiny bit of butter and jam, instead of the cream cheese which is ridiculous points) once I get to work. Sometimes I use a laughing cow wedge, instead. This solution saves me 3-4 points and still leaves me satisfied.
Next week, I'll have my own bagels to bring with me (alternative bagels) so I can still partake without spending the points.
Lunches are going well since I've been bringing them. I usually bring a 2-4 pt lean cuisine or smart ones meal and make myself a salad with light dressing and veggies or apple slices. Later on in the day, I treat myself to some 0-1 pt soup and a few wasa crackers with light laughing cow cheese. I've been buying weight watchers 1 pt snack cakes and some 100 calorie packs of popcorn and cookies, which seem to keep me away from the candy bowls (or at least make my trips less frequent). I keep some light muscle milk shakes in the fridge for a snack before my workout, and then eat dinner when I get home.
So far, so good! And boy am I sore from pilates last night...that class was NO JOKE!

Had a few (too many) goodbye drinks with my best friend from grad school, Brandon, since he's moving to New York. I'm not usually a big drinker. But reminiscing got the better of me.
It's the end of an era...we've been buddies for 3 years now, and have so many memories in his apartment and around San Francisco together. I just can't believe he's leaving...so today I'm kind of hungover, and pretty darn sad, to boot.
I'll miss him.

I did REALLY well this weekend. Went shopping, loaded up and all the good foods, hit a yoga class with my girlfriend, and perfected my 0-pt noodle spaghetti! I've also been drinking water like crazy...feeling good, and my boyfriend even commented this morning that I looked slimmer...wohoo! :)
