Feeling way more balanced today, after being back to monitoring my points and trying to get enough water and everything.
I've been getting myself all re-motivated by visiting the hungry girl site for food and recipe ideas. I'm getting back into my yoga next week (after work). Signed up for 30 days unlimited for $30 at a nice studio thats nearby. Will be working out Tues/Thurs with my co-worker at the local gym.
I'm also thinking about (I know this is wierd) but getting a colonic this weekend. I've heard doing one can really help you feel more energetic and more motivated...and that they're good to do after losing weight or to break a plateau.
Dunno if I believe all that, but in my opinion, anything that will motivate me to get going again will be worth it.

Bringing my lunch to work and eating before I leave for home is helping me regulate my eating and get back on track.
I'm hooked on eating fresh veggies with my lean cuisines and for a snack at my desk...those crisp'n Light 7 grain wasa crackers...yum!

I have a huge case of the Mondays...and am feeling very stressed out and sad. My boyfriend of 2.5 years and I have just made an appointment with an immigration attourney to go over our options (& timeline) for getting married before his student visa expires...and I am excited but scared about the process. I just keep thinking about the worst case scenario...I don't know what to do with myself.
The good thing is that the sadness is kind of making me not hungry. I am going to be working out today with my co-worker...a much needed burst of endorphins!

Ahhh...back to the grind stone.
I'm going to start bringing my lunch again to save money and pounds in the new year. I had such a good start...and I know I've gained some of the weight back, but I want to make sure I don't undo all the hard work.
I'm checking out the 24 hour by my new place this weekend...maybe weekend workouts will help, added to the weekly ones I started with my co-workers...
lets go, team!

Been not so good about journaling...but the good thing is that I am well into a solid workout routine. I now workout 4-5 days a week after work with a co-worker. I do 35 mins of cardio followed by an hour and a half of weights. Feeling stronger, slimmer and more energetic!
