new start in conjunction with Simple app for tracking Intermittent Fasting(IF).Using the two apps to benefit from the best of both. Fat Secret has excellent calorie counting skills, while using IF techniques. Is this my new motivation? Trying to make baby step changes in life, in order to survive in a quality way. My body is falling apart in so many different places: prolapsing uterus that is affecting my bladder, arthritis in R knee getting ready for a knee replacement, Type 2 diabetes must be controlled, possible small hernia starting 1" from navel(?), sleep apnea demanding use of CPAP machine and change of sleep cycle, reduction of M Eslon narcotic, used for chronic pain, weight reduction to help them all. Sigh! So much to achieve and all I want to do is be able to sew. Is that achievable through this path too?
