This week has not been my best week for following my WoE.
Walking goals have been met, 2x 30 minutes on treadmill everyday.
Cravings not surrendered to (yet): Mexican food & Szechuan wontons
Szechuan (Sichuan) wontons were originally purchased in NY, but are not available where I am now 😢 However I found one restaurant where I can get them with my culinary hack 😂 The chef refuses to prepare them the way I want, so I order the fried wontons with meat & Szechuan sauce separately. The sauce is way more than needed, so I freeze when isn’t required, for next time.
