o.k. so I have fallen off of the wagon for the holidays. I mean, who doesn't? The best part is that I know how and am willing to get up again, and to get back focused. I decree that this is not going to be the same old mundane year. It's about to be on and poppn. I have so much support that there is no way that I can fail, except I get in my own way! Let's do this.... I am meeeeeelllllllllltttttiiiiiinnnnnggggg!!!! Waiting for the turbo jam to come in, but until then, move your body....

I have done good so far. I have managed not to eat any meat for the past couple of days. I have been sick since saturday, so there is nothing no better than soup with crackers to make you feel so much better. Hey, I did manage not to drink any orange juice, but to eat oranges instead. I am going to continue to look at the bright side of things. Also, one big accomplishment is that I have my husband wanting to join in on this thing with me. Yeahhhhhh..

Yesterday proved to be o.k I didn't get a good start like I had hoped. I went to applebees with my husband, but I did get some spinich dip, tomatoe soup and a shrimp and spinich salad. Not bad, but should have just stayed home and cooked. Today I have already started on the right track as far as eating, just need to get the excercise thing going. Hang in there!!!
