TGIF, I'm so glad this week is over. I've been having more success with my meals and calorie intake. Have not lost any weight but I'm hopeful next week to see a change.

Did well yesterday in spite of having a paper due for class, I ate only to releive the hunger and did reasonably well. Today is a another new day.
