Yesterday was a good day although very busy at work. I think I now have the right mind set to keep going with the weight loss. Knowing I must record everything does help.

I did well over the 3 day weekend, did not over eat. The water I was retaining is gone. Although I will not loose all the weight I wanted for this month, I'm still encouraged.

I'm carrying water weight this week, trying to get rid of it. will record weight after the water pills works.

Its Friday and I'm really looking forward to the weekend. I've had a successful week eating correctly and walking. I feel GOOD!
