Mom to 2 Queens, 2 Bullies and 1 rat (Chihuahua,lol) Here for some accountability and support that works both ways. If I can help someone, awesome. If you can help me that's great too. Not trying to be skinny or "America's Next Instathot", just trying to be a happier and more comfortable me. For the most part I'm vegetarian trying to make my way to Vegan and trying REALLY hard to eliminate all gluten, breads, crackers, cookies and cereals from my diet. I will keep the occasional fish, rice and vegetable starches in my diet but that's pretty much it. So low carb for me is the key and if I can kick my cheese addiction with a decent replacement I'll kick dairy too, just haven't found a vegan cheese that's worthy yet. Anyway, this is me, nice to meet you my new friend.
