Ok so meatless ... yeah yeah yeah lol. Today I tried Aldi’s plantbased burgers and I’m actually surprised because they’ve had other vegan products that make you gag (sorry Aldi) but this was really good! Just don’t microwave it or it will dry it out. Not salty like other meatless alternatives so this was really good. Looking at the ingredients I feel pretty confident in making my own similar patty, YAY!! Added an egg because yes I still eat those ( justegg please come to my area!) and some chili beans made with Quorn meatless crumbles. That pansa is happy today and filled with lots of protein 😊 HAPPY SATURDAY ALL!

This is my snack what turned into dinner plate. Yes I could have ordered Dominos pizza but I used the “skinny bread” and made mini pizzas with meatless crumbles, veggies and cheese. A few chips on the side which I didn’t finish and hummus with veggies.

So woke up this morning and I was a few lbs up. I indulged in Lomo Saltado (Peruvian food) yesterday and it would have been okay but I wasn't really acvtive yesterday. I'm making myself a lil more productive and decided that I'm going to challenge myself to lose 10 lbs monthly because i need a goal to move myself forward. The good thing is that it's warming up here in Augusta, GA so I'll be able to take my lil boat out of the garage and kayak my heart out soon! Which also makes me want to work on my core if I want to play with my boat because I need those strong muscles to move.So now I have set a goal and I feel a lil better about moving forward in this. Even though I gain a few, interestingly enough I bought some new jeans and went down 2 sizes! So maybe this is water weight, I don't care...I'm just going to keep on keeping on. Anyway, here's a pic of yesterdays dinner. Have a good day all!
